Brief:
- Reduce kitchen back to basic brick, remove brick wall between dining and kitchen, screed new floor to kitchen and paint, sand and re-varnish dining room, new kitchen and wall unit.
- Remove all ceilings, reinforce timber ceiling supports, fit skimmed ceilings with down lighters.
- Remove passage and stairway ceilings, re-enforce timber supports, new skimmed ceilings with down lights – sand floors and re-varnish.
- Remove old timber double doors to patio and replace with stack-away doors.
